Houses left to right, 52 Avenue Road (small gable), 50 Avenue Road (small gable), 48 Avenue Road (two larger gables), 46 Avenue Road (one large gable with half timbering, at far right).At far end, cattle market buildings. Postmark 23 September 1910. Addressed to Miss Norman, c/o Miss Laver, Butterfields, Latchingdon, Nr Maldon. Message reads ‘Dear A, Just a card to let you know all are well at home at present and I got your card and Beatrice sends her love to you and she is at home ill but is a little better now. With love from all at home, Fred. Mother will send to you next week’.
