Parish church behind. Posters on forge door, two carts in road, lady on long dress, with child, on left pavement. Sent to Mrs E Green at Woodham Walter. Postmark 15 August 1906. Addressed to Mrs Green, Burnthouse, Woodham Walter, Nr Maldon, Essex. Message reads ‘Dr E You must not expect C and I this week as Ben is coming tomorrow. I hope to see you one day while he is here and will let you know later on when we shall come. Love to all from all Alice is well. Yours G[?] & B’.
