Doorway of Whitehall, 18 Newland Street, with two men. Board on left says “THESE PREMIS[ ] opened in SEPTEM[ ] BOARDING & DAY [ ] FOR BOYS. For Pa[ ] & [ ] apply by lett[ }’. The ‘Whitehall College’, a ‘boarding school for boys’ was in directories for 1908 and 1910 with Rev Henry Robert Hobbs and in 1912 for Vincent Dimmer.
