Also includes, on far side of the road, part of Newlands precinct (top left), Collingwood House (15 Collingwood Road, between precinct and Health building), telephone exchange (new part was opened in 1975), 21 Collingwood Road, 21a Collingwood Road (set back), 23 Collingwood Road (part). On near side of the road, as well as Health building, Public Hall with old Council offices attached, and Constitutional Club (far right).
