Parade coming down Collingwood Road with large banner, reading ‘— — sick and ye visited me]. Shows YMCA hut, with Church House behind it and 48 Collingwood Road to the right. Includes boy scouts or cubs. Might be ‘Hospital Sunday’, organised by the Friendly Societies, eg see ‘Braintree and Witham Times’, 20 June 1930 for an account of that year, with photos, showing banners etc.
