Some Witham postal staff with bicycles outside the Post Office at 84 Newland Street, which was purpose built in 1887. The stripes on the jackets show the length of service. Left to right, ???, possibly S Woolnough, possibly Duncombe, Sid Sprawling, the rest unknown. Also has the side of 86 Newland Street on left.
