Railway station after crash of Cromer express. No. 639. Looking east. Carriage tipped over. Station maltings in background. Postmark 15 September 1905. Addressed to Miss Ethel Green, Burnt House, Woodham Walter, Nr Maldon, Essex. Sent by her sister Alice of the shop at 13 Newland Street. Message reads ‘Dear Ethel, If fine I may come over on Sunday don’t expect me till you see me. Hope you are all well if I don’t come Sunday shall come next Saturday as Aunt Nay[sic] is coming Monday. Love from Alice’.
