Addressed to Miss Ethel Green, Burnt House, Woodham Walter, Nr Maldon, Essex. Sent by her sister Alice of the shop at 13 Newland Street. Message reads ‘Dear Ethel, If fine I may come over on Sunday don’t expect me till you see me. Hope you are all well if I don’t come Sunday shall come next Saturday as Aunt Nay[sic] is coming Monday. Love from Alice’.
