Royal Army Medical Corps soldiers in line, during First World War. They have their blankets on their shoulders worn ‘en banderole’. In background, Freebornes (3 Newland Street) and wall of High House (5 Newland Street). Pencilled message says ‘Taken just as we were about to leave Witham’.
