The Angel Inn and Newland Street

On the right hand side of road, left to right, are: the White Hart hotel, probably under the long straight sign, the entrance to Maldon Road (small), the Angel Inn (39-41 Newland Street, with a high sign and lamp, five windows across), 43 Newland Street (International Tea Co. – in directories 1899 onwards, name on fascia), unknown girl.

On the left hand side, left to right, 46 Newland Street (partly hidden, with a gabled front), 44 Newland Street (plain), 42 Newland Street (taller, with a white blind out), 40 Newland Street (lower and set back), the George Inn (on the far side of Collingwood Road). Hard to distinguish the buildings further away.
No vehicles.
