Postmark 11 August 1952. Addressed to ‘Mrs A J Oliver, 191 Argyle Road, Ealing, W13’. Message reads ‘Aug 11th. Dorothy Sayers house with the clipped yews, up to where car stands. Next building is the Cinema. Big police station opposite & R C Church is where arrow is. It’s the main road to Colchester & Norwich and is a continuation of Bridge St. You have never told me if you have heard Dorothy Sayers broadcast or read any of her books. Hope you are better. H.D.’
