Left hand side of road, left to right, 18 Newland Street (Whitehall), trees in front of 16 Newland Street (Roslyn House), 12 Newland Street, 10 Newland Street, 8 Newland Street, 6 Newland Street (2-storey terrace, nearly invisible in trees), end of 4 Newland Street (Avenue House), trees at end of The Avenue. Right hand side of road, left to right, wall of Grove, and 3 Newland Street (Freebornes). Postmark 28 July 1905. Addressed to G N Collyns Esq, 7 Rhodesia Road, Grove Green Road, Ingatestone. Message reads ‘Another scorching day. Had a fine time last night’.
