Two passenger trains at Witham station, one perhaps a ‘special’, with people

Passengers on platform & another train at platform, poss special 10/08/1958. J.J. Davis Collection of the HMRS. Good.’ The train on the right is on the Braintree line (see the railings and a bike above it) and the one coming in is from the London direction.
