Notes on Miss Dorothy Stoneham

Born April 1900
Grandparents- she didn’t know any of them.
Father Albert. His family before him were blacksmiths. He was a foreman bricklayer for Smiths the builders. Died in 1928 aged 73.
Mother Emma. Came from family of Cants the rose growers of Feering
School
Chipping Hill infants, then National School.
Work
1914 for five years, to the International shop.
1920 to Luckin Smith’s shop for 40 years till retirement in 1960.
Died 1995 aged 95
